ReCykla is the name for the bike-sharing system here in Trollhättan. Whether you live in Trollhättan, or are here on a visit, you hire the bicycle through a SMS textmessage.

All bikes are old former disused bikes that have been restored, a pink make-over with green locating signs on the rear wheel was the result. The purpose of our bike-sharing system is to reduce unnecessary car use through the center of Trollhättan. Given that the bridge in Stallbacka is going to be repaired during 2010-2011, we want to increase accessibility, reduce the proportion of emissions and congestion.

With ReCykla, we want to make it easier for the people, both living here and tourists to take the bike, thereby reducing both congestion and pollution!
